Non-members or members without access to Online Banking can send an email to [email protected]. For your security, DO NOT send private personal information such as your Social Security Number or account number using this general email address as it is NOT secure.

Members can send a secure email when logged in to eBranch Online Banking or the Mobile App:.
- eBranch: Once you have logged in, click on Support in the upper right-hand corner and click on the Secure Email link. Be sure to include a phone number in case we need to contact you for further information.
- Mobile App: Use the "Secure Email" link available in the "More" area
Account Deletion:
To initiate the deletion of your online/mobile banking account and associated information, contact Member Services at [email protected]. A dedicated member of our team will promptly follow up and facilitate the completion of your request.

Please let CCU know whenever you change your mailing address, email address, or phone number, especially your mobile number. This will allow us to reach you with important account information, including suspected fraudulent activity.
