To report a lost or stolen card or activate a card, please call 1.800.543.5073.

To Replace Damaged or Worn Cards:
If you need to replace a damaged or worn card, please contact CCU directly during normal business hours at 321.690.2328 (outside Brevard, 1.800.690.2338) and ask to speak with a Member Service Representative.
