Focus on the Community

Community is not just our name. It's what defines us.

We all live in this area and want to lift up our families and our neighbors. Community Credit Union Florida supports local agencies with in-kind donations, volunteer work, and monetary donations. In particular, we focus on supporting local education and literacy, and services that assist families in crisis so that students can remain in school and have their best opportunity to realize personal success and become productive citizens.

Each year, the Board, management, and staff of CCU contributes hundreds of volunteer hours, supporting such organizations as:

We also reach out to our members to raise awareness of local needs and collect donations at our branches. Over the years, our members have generously supported many local needs. Most recently, they supported an effort to raise $45,000 to purchase a new truck for Meals on Wheels, a service of Aging Matters in Brevard. Our employees are strong supporters of United Way, both through payroll deductions and fun events like Wear Jeans to Work days.

We are proud to have many local agencies as CCU Business Members.  When we can save them money on their financial services, they can put more money towards their important, life-changing work.
