Online Loan Payments from Another Institution

Pay your CCU loans1 from an account with another financial institution using eBranch Online Banking or the CCU Mobile App.  This service is available for vehicle, personal, and home equity loans. Simply log in to eBranch Online Banking, go to the "Move Money" tab, and select Loan Payment from the drop-down menu. Or, in the mobile app, select "Loan Payment" from the menu.  Follow the prompts to enter your checking or savings account number and the routing number from your other financial institution or provide a debit card number2 then select the date and amount of the payment you would like to make3.

Good to Know:

  • The "payment date" is the date that CCU will process the payment.  When selecting your payment date, please allow time for processing3.
  • You will only have to enter your account information one time and it will be saved for any future payments.

1This feature currently does not allow credit card and mortgage payments.  Eligible accounts include: vehicle/boat, home equity loans, and personal loans.

2At this time, we are accepting payments using routing and account number information. Payments can also be completed with a debit card for a $5.00 fee.  We are not offering credit card payments.

3Any payments requested Monday through Friday prior to 1:30 PM EST will be posted the next business day.  Any payments requested after the 1:30 PM EST cutoff time, will post the second business day.  Payments made on weekends or holidays will be processed by CCU the next business day and will post the following business day.
