Welcome to Community Credit Union of Florida! We look forward to welcoming you as a new member-owner of this cooperative. If you are not sure about your eligibility for membership, please review our Who Can Join page and contact us if you have any questions. We'd be glad to help!

NOTE: You do not have to be a CCU Florida member at the time you apply for a loan, however if approved for your loan, you will be required to open a Share Savings account, which is your membership "share" in the cooperative. We will get this ready for you as we prepare your loan. 

GETTING STARTED:

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal Law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.

In order to make the application process as easy as possible, please have the following information available for yourself and any joint applicants: 

• U.S. Social Security number.
• A valid form of identification including: Driver's license, State ID, Military ID, Resident Alien Card or US Passport.
• Previous home address (if you have lived at your current home address less than two years).
• If you are opening your account online, you'll need a credit or debit card, or U.S. checking or savings account, to make your initial deposit to fund your new account(s). If you do not have this at the time of completing the online application, you can make your deposit at a branch.

WAYS TO OPEN YOUR NEW ACCOUNT:

In Person: 
Stop by one of our seven branch locations. Many branches have Saturday hours from 9am to Noon.

Online: 
Open deposit accounts only. 
Select this option if you do not plan to make a loan application at the time you join.

Open a Youth Account.
Select this option, then scroll all the way down and click the Open a Minor Account button.

By Phone:

Apply for a consumer loan (Auto, Personal, Home Equity) or credit card. 
We will process your membership along with your loan application. If you wish to open any deposit accounts afterward, we will be happy to assist you.
 

Apply for a First Mortgage.  

If you are not a U.S. Citizen or are subject to backup withholding, you will not be able to open your account online. Please call us at 321-690-2328 or 1-800-690-2338 or visit one of our Community Credit Union of Florida branches.

Membership is available if you live, work, or worship in Brevard, Indian River, Orange, Osceola, Polk and Volusia Counties. A one-time $5 membership fee is required.
