Keep CCU in the Loop!

When you change your mailing address, email address, or phone number, please be sure to let CCU know.

Please note: Changing your address with the postal service will NOT update your CCU records.

How can you update your information?

Mobile: Once logged in, Open "My Settings" by clicking on the gear icon, select "Edit" under "Contact Information."

Online: Log in to eBranch Online Banking and submit a "Contact Information Update Form." This form is located under the "Additional Services" tab.

In Person: Visit any CCU branch. Sign in at the lobby kiosk and select "Account Maintenance or Other."

Fax: If you do not have access to eBranch Online Banking or the Mobile App, send a faxed request to 321.636.3121. Include your signature on your faxed request and a copy of your driver's license for verification.

For your protection, we do not accept address changes by phone.

Why is this important?

If we don't have a valid mailing address on file for you, you will not receive important documents such as your annual tax forms, paper statements if you still receive those, or any cards that are re-issued to you, as these are not forwarded.

Email is our primary means of communicating with our members about changes to branch availability, fraud alerts, new products and services, and more. Please make sure we have your current, preferred email address.

Having your correct phone numbers on file is just as important, especially your mobile number. In the case of fraudulent activity or a suspicious transaction, our account protection services will attempt to reach you first at your mobile number.
