Branch Availability and Member Assistance
CCU is focused on meeting the needs of our membership while keeping a close watch on recommendations intended to protect members and employees.
Last updated Friday, May 14, 2021
We are closely monitoring guidance from state and federal agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Florida Department of Health, and would like you to be aware of the measures being taken to keep members and staff as safe and healthy as we can. This page is updated as conditions change.
Paycheck Protection Program
CCU is not accepting PPP Loan applications. Click here for information on PPP Loan Forgiveness.
Economic Impact Payments
Economic Impact Payments (also known as stimulus payments) are delivered to CCU via ACH direct deposit, the same system used to deliver direct deposit for paychecks, social security, and other direct deposits.
If we have received a payment for you, it has been deposited to your account. Payments are deposited to the account you specified in your most recent tax return. The deposit transaction can be seen in your account history in eBranch Online Banking or on the CCU Mobile App. You can also check for deposit transactions and get your current balance using Telli Account Access by Phone, which can be reached by calling 321.631.4611 (outside Brevard County: 1.888.636.4611).
If you do not see a payment deposit, it is because we have not received it. Please note that CCU does not have access to information about pending payments. Please visit irs.gov for the latest information regarding stimulus payments.
If you did not give the IRS your direct deposit account information through your federal tax return in the last two years or provide the IRS with your information as a non-filer, you will receive a US Treasury check. The check will be mailed to the address on file at the IRS from your prior tax return.
If you receive a paper check, we encourage you to use the CCU Mobile App. It’s easy. Just follow the on-screen directions to take photos of the front and back of your endorsed check. Mobile deposit limits have been temporarily increased to allow stimulus check deposits.
Beware of Scams
- There is no action required to receive your Economic Impact Payment.
- Do not respond to an email, phone call or text referring to the payment.
- Do not give anyone your personal information to "sign up" to get your payment.
Please see the FTC website for more information to help you avoid scams.

Beware of scams and false information
Unfortunately, there are always some who try to take advantage of fears and vulnerabilities. There is a lot of information coming at us from different sources.
From the FTC:
"Before you act on a message you've seen, before you share it, or before you even worry about it, ask — and answer — all three of these critical questions:
-
Who is the message from? Do I know them? Do I trust them? Am I positive they are who they say they are? Double-check: government and employer impersonators are active right now.
-
What do they want me to do? Just know something — or are they trying to get me to act in some way? Do they want me to buy something, download something, or give up personal info?
-
What evidence supports the message? Use some independent sources to fact-check it — or debunk it. Maybe talk to someone you trust. But always verify, using a few additional sources. Once you’ve done that, does the message still seem accurate?
Approaching information by asking and answering these questions can help you sort out what's helpful…and what’s a scam." (Click here to read full article on the FTC's website.)
Account access
CCU branches are cleaned on an established schedule with appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants. We have asked all employees to observe the CDC's recommended guidelines to prevent contracting or spreading the virus, which includes staying home if they are not feeling well or exhibit any known symptoms of COVID-19. This may result in fewer employees being available to serve members and could cause some service delays. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
We encourage our members to follow the Center for Disease Control's guidelines to protect yourself and others. We would like to remind you of the many alternatives for managing accounts, applying for loans and credit cards, and opening new accounts.
